Return Policy:

• No Returns Policy: We reserve the right to uphold a no returns policy on all purchases.
• However, we understand that certain situations may require exceptions. Returns or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Case-by-Case Review:

• If you feel your purchase warrants an exception, please contact us with your concerns. We will review each request individually and provide a resolution based on the specific circumstances.

Final Sale Items:

• Certain items, such as custom charm necklaces, plants, and personal wellness products, may be deemed final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Yoga/Pilates 

Membership Terms & Conditions

Monthly Membership Fee:

• The monthly membership fee is $125 and will be charged as a recurring payment.
• Alternatively, a month-to-month membership option is available at $150 per month.

Credit Card on File:

• All members are required to have a valid credit card on file, regardless of the membership option chosen.

No-Show Policy:

• Any no-shows for booked classes will be charged the full drop-in rate.

Class Sign-Up Requirement:

• Members must sign up for classes online through the membership link. Walk-ins without prior booking may not be guaranteed a spot in the class.

Class Access:

• The monthly membership allows you to take unlimited classes for one month, starting from the date of purchase.
• Once the month has passed, you will not be able to attend any additional classes until the next month’s membership fee has been paid.

Reiki Sessions

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Requirement:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Reiki appointments.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-call, no-show, the full fee for the Reiki appointment will be charged. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

                   If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Deposits will remain non-refundable.

Late Arrivals:

• Arriving late may result in a shortened session. The full session fee will still apply.

By booking a Reiki session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
