Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief. As a Reiki therapist, I focus on guiding the body's natural energy to balance and restore harmony. During a Reiki session, gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques are used to channel healing energy, which helps clear emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages. Many of our clients leave sessions feeling lighter, more centered, and in tune with their own inner peace.
