At the heart of our studio is a mother-daughter duo, Paulina Gastelum and her daughter, Andrea, whose passion for helping others is woven into everything they do. Paulina, a compassionate clinical therapist, brings healing and care to every session, while Andrea, a dedicated yoga teacher and Reiki healer, runs the day-to-day operations with love and devotion. Together, they’ve created a space where wellness thrives, and every person who walks through the door is treated like family. Their journey is driven by a simple, beautiful goal: to uplift and support each soul they meet.
